Snapproved is operated by FutPre Labs LLC. This policy explains what data we process when you use snapproved.com to create ICAO 35×45mm biometric passport and visa photos, and your rights over that data. We collect as little as possible.
Your photos never leave your device
All image processing — face detection, background removal, cropping, and rendering — runs entirely in your browser. Your photo is never sent to our servers and is not stored by us. It stays in your browser only so the editor and download page can work, and is cleared when you start over or clear your browser data.
Payments
Payments ($2 per photo) are handled by Stripe (stripe.com/privacy). Your card details are entered on Stripe's hosted checkout and processed by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number. We receive only limited transaction data (amount, currency, status, and the email you give Stripe) to confirm payment and handle refunds.
Analytics & cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate, anonymous usage. Analytics only loads if you click 'Accept' on our cookie banner. If you decline, no analytics scripts run and no analytics cookies are set. When accepted, Google Analytics sets cookies (e.g. _ga) to measure visits. You can change your choice anytime by clearing your browser's site data. We also use local storage (not cookies) to remember your cookie choice and to temporarily hold your editor state; this stays on your device.
Refunds & contact
If your consulate or visa portal rejects a photo for technical reasons, email us at support@snapproved.com for a full refund. Any email you send is used only to handle your request.
Your rights
Because we don't store your photos and hold only minimal payment metadata via Stripe, there is very little personal data on our side. Under the GDPR and similar laws you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and withdraw analytics consent at any time. Contact support@snapproved.com to exercise these rights.

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the 'Last updated' date above.
